Great service, but one concern. My wife used a coupon but was charged extra for 1 additional quart of oil and for shop supplies/oil recycling. I hate when these coupons don't make it clear to the average person that there might be additional charges. The shop ended up pricing the recycling of old oil at 50% the normal cost, so that was good.

Jim, from the Prior Lake location was extremely helpful in explaining to me how to maintain my "new" 2013 Toyota Camry that seemed to be running a bit rough. Rather than an expensive diagnostic, he suggested a flush with my oil change which made an immediate difference in the way my car drove! Thank you Jim!!!

Great customer service and quality work

I have not been to this business prior to this. I was treated as a human with compassion and understanding, from my first phone call to my visit and problem resolution. This is the type of attention and service one wishes to have every time. But we all know that this can't happen "every time" but sure hope it will.
