Diagnostic tool was left connected in the car. Otherwise good.Peoposed word is more than the car is worth., but will do some of it starting with changing the fluids.

Ive brought my vehicle in on two separate occasions now and each time I have had great service. They're professional and friendly. Both times the work was done and I was very happy with the quality of their work. They provided me with a loaner car and finished the work the same day. I went there because of the great reviews and now have written my own. I'll be bringing all of my service needs to them from now on.

They inspected my vehicle during a routine oil change and discovered a bad ball joint. I was getting ready to head out of town and since it could be a dangerous situation, I really appreciated the thorough inspection. They gave me a loaner and I had my car back the same day. They were very courteous and professional.

Couldn't be happier with the service. My Honda broke down and I got it towed to honest 1 in Prior Lake. I worked with John, hewas extremely polite, professional, personable, and gave me piece of mind my car was in good hands. I received a loaner car and was able to use that to drive where I needed to go even Wisconsin. I got my car back after the holiday weekend and she drives like a dream! I highly recommend honest 1 they are the best!!! Thank you!
