John at the front desk was so pleasant and actually listened to us while we were describing our Chevy's ailments! We were so pleased with the service and care given to us and our dog-hauler. They pinpointed the main issue we needed repaired and our technician, Colin H., went above and beyond to personally get this vehicle safe and dog-worthy for us! We had my daughter's Tiguan in for some oil leaks. The VW shop wanted a fair amount more to fix them. Kurt was extremely attentive and professional and kept me updated throughout the process.
