John and all of the crew down at the Prior Lake honest one shop were absolutely awesome! I had taken my car to the ford dealer multiple times and they just put Band-Aids on the issues I had. John assured me they would get to the root of all of the issues with my car And they did! My car now runs like it did brand new! I told them I would like to get another hundred thousand miles out of the car and now I honestly feel like I can! I will be back with all of my auto care needs going forward! And ford owners reading this Should run away from their ford dealer and take all their maintenance and repair business to the prior lake honest one shop going forward!

I had an appointment at the dealership for an oil change..couldn’t get in for over a month..last Sunday 3 warnings pop up, my vehicle started driving in limp mode and I can’t Drive over 30 mph..couldn’t get into the dealership, but Honest-1 auto was able to check it out and fix the problem..only needed an oil change- go figure. Honest-1 made a chaotic day into one that was no big deal, so thankful and grateful.

Since I moved to Prior Lake four years ago, my Mercedes C280 has been in good hands with Honest1 Care Prior Lake. Everyone is so kind and patient, most especially Troy. I recently had an issue with my boll joint, and Troy helped me repair it under warranty. My car is in excellent shape now. They really are honest!
