Issues were not fixed and had to go back to the service department twice to fix. The second time because the work was not completed. Other issues evolved due to incompleted job.

Oil change was fine, but estimate for new tires was way too high.

I just checked discount tire and we are actually $82 less on the Yokohama tires we quoted when you include installation, fees and road hazard protection. We are very competitive on tire pricing.
