Fantastic first-time experience! I never write reviews other than giving stars, but I wanted to let you know how impressed and pleased I was. After having been to the dealership and getting 3 phone calls telling me all the things I needed done, but not getting the brakes I brought my car in for done, I was exasperated and hesitant to try someplace new. I want to commend John for putting my mind at ease. He was polite, courteous, and accommodating and explained what would be done along with answering my questions that the dealership hadn't. The service was the icing on the cake! I could immediately tell when I got in my car that it was running better. I will be telling everyone I know about Honest-1 Auto Care.

Called them the morning my car was acting up they took me right in fix the problem but did have to go back because they didn't do something they had told us they were going to. Not a problem they fixed it the next day right away.
