I had my truck brought in to fix the brakes. Everyone was very courteous and the shop is probably the cleanest auto shop I have ever seen. They had free coffee and snacks. When they took my truck off of the hoist they cracked one of my large mirrors. They called me and told what had happened and said they would take care of it. I had to bring the truck back in, but it took them less than an hour to replace the damage mirror with all of it electrical components. I will definitely be going back there when I need work done. They have great customer service!!

I went in for an oil change and it took as long as they said it would. I like the credit that they give. My oil change cost only $3.80!

I always prefer to do business locally and thus far Honest-1 Auto Care has met all my needs.

Billy did a fine job communicating with me on trying to find the needle in the haystack on my car. I appreciated having a loner car while the work was being done.

If I owned a shop, this is how I'd want it run. Probably the best service I have ever experienced in a repair shop; from the mechanic to the manager. The staff really make the difference of excellence.
