For the first time ever after an oil change the car was left kinda messy. The drivers mat was disheaveled (I had to straighten before getting in) and no flower or treats (they always brighten my day). Just thought I would mention it felt like a let down!

I was extremely impressed and satisfied when I couldn't get my transmission out of park in my garage and Troy tried to talk me through resolution but to no avail. Then, when towing, AAA (Bobby and Steves) tried to resolve the issue in my garage but to no avail. So, the car was towed to Prior Lake Honest-1 and about an hour later, Troy called to say that a part had broken in the transmission but they could have it and installed in just a couple of days. I was surprised about how quickly the vehicle was ready. I couldn't be more pleased.
