The staff is always polite and helpful. The guest waiting room is very ample and comfortable. It's a joy to have to take my car in for maintenance vs a chore in a dirty setting, long waiting rooms and day old coffee.

Didn't think it would have taken as long as it did for an oil change. Tire rotation is an additional $10. (NTB includes tire rotation with their oil change) I usually go there but had a good experience at H1 the first time I went so figured I'd go again.(NTB is also good to work with) Nice people, nice environment, reasonable price at H1. I purchased the "Special Service Card" with offers like 4 oil changes and discounts on service as well as a free tire rotation (which I'll use next time). I'm committed to H1 with the purchase of the card so no worries. I'll be back.
